Historic Yorkville Holiday Home Tour 2022

We hosted our annual holiday tour in the beautiful Historic District of York, SC. This favorite tradition showcased private homes and a church lovingly decorated for the holidays. This was our traditional tour where you could go inside the sites.

Tour dates and times: December 10 & 11 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Tour locations in lovely Historic York, SC

Ticket required:

  • 7 College Street
  • 112 East Liberty Street
  • 105 East Liberty Street
  • 5 Hillcrest Drive
  • 319 North Congress Street

Unfortunately, the home at 9 Broad Street had to step away from the tour and was not available to visit.

No ticket required:

  • Abiding Presence Lutheran Church at 323 North Congress Street
  • Moore Park at 131 North Congress Street (at the corner of North Congress Street and Kings Mountain Street)
  • The York County Veterans Memorial Park at 23 East Liberty Street (next to the York Public Library)

Tickets

Tickets were nonrefundable.  Even if the tour had been canceled because of bad weather, your purchase would have been considered a donation to the Yorkville Historical Society.

Tickets were $15.00 per person and were good for the purchaser’s use both days.
Children three years of age and under did not require tickets.

Yorkville Marketplace (during their normal business hours)
The Yorkville Marketplace is located at 108 North Congress Street, York, SC.  Home tour tickets and our printed 2022 Holiday Home Tour booklet were available at the Yorkville Marketplace checkout desk before and during the days of the tour.

Abiding Presence Lutheran Church (during our tour), 323 North Congress Street, York, SC
Tickets for our home tour along with shirts, mugs, and prints with our 2022 holiday artwork and our wonderful book, A Guide to Olde York: The White Rose Tour, were available for purchase during our home tour.

This was a nonrefundable ticket.
In case of inclement weather, your ticket purchase was a donation to the Yorkville Historical Society as there were no refunds.

Volunteers were available at the homes and Abiding Presence Lutheran Church during tour hours to answer questions.

Parking

Closest parking for homes on East Liberty Street and College Street:

  • York County Veterans Memorial Park / former Greater York Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Center at 23 East Liberty Street

Closest parking for the other homes and the church:

  • Clemson University Cooperative Extension Service at 120 North Congress Street (behind the building)
  • Abiding Presence Lutheran Church at 323 North Congress Street
  • On Broad Street or Hillcrest Drive near the homes on tour
